1. This product is made using the FDM manufacturing process. The bottom roughness and surface layer lines are features formed during the process and are considered normal.

2. Great elasticity: This ball offers great bounce but is slightly below that of regular basketballs.

3. Warranty: Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product should there be quality issues not caused by human damage.

4. Usage environment: This product is 3D-printed and not an official sport-usage basketball. Please use it indoors and free of surroundings where sharp objects are present.
